High school instruction is currently happening online, but if your student does not have any access to the internet, then paper packets can be requested by calling 815.317.6879 by noon on Monday of each week. Pick up packets at WCHS on Wednesday from 8:30 - 1:00 pm.

Kankakee Career Center is closed today, Thursday February 13th due to road conditions north of town. WCHS will be in session today.

NHS is hosting a blood drive on Feb. 24th at WCHS. Please contact Mrs. Hanson at casie.hanson@watsekaschools.org to schedule an appointment.

WCHS Graduation will be changed this year to Sunday, May 24th at 2:00. The Boys Regional Track meet may be on that Friday and we do not want a situation where students have to choose between graduation or an athletic event. The students should get to participate in both.

WCHS 1st Semester grades have been finalized. Please check your child's Power School account to view final grades. If you would like a print out of grades please have your child stop in the main office to pick up a copy or you may call the main office and request a copy.

The Watseka FFA Auction is this Sunday, Jan 19th. Doors open for pork chop dinner at Noon. Auction starts at 1 pm. This is a great time for everyone! Please bring your family for our free will donation meal and stay for wonderful auction items. The public is invited!!

The 18th Academic Foundation Pride Night will be held on Friday, Nov 15, 2019 from 5:30– 8:00pm. Pizza Supper, Silent auction, Kiddie Cheer, Art display, Boys & Girls Basketball Scrimmage, Cheerleaders, Pep Band & Show Choir performance. Recognition for academic excellence!

Spanish Club will be hosting the Trunk-or-Treat event once again beginning at 4:00pm on Halloween (Thursday, Oct 31st) in front of WCHS by the cafeteria doors. Please stop by for some spooktacular fun & candy!

WCHS will be hosting FAFSA Parent Workshop Night on Wednesday, October 2nd from 5pm-6:30pm in Room 145. Gain in-depth information about the FAFSA application process and receive hands-on assistance.

All parents of WCHS Juniors are invited to a post prom meeting on Thursday, September 26 at 6pm in the high school cafeteria.

WCHS Post Prom is pre-selling mums this year. To order online, go to tinyurl.com/wchsmums or order at any home varsity football or volleyball game between now and September 13th.

WCHS students who attend KACC (Kankakee Area Career Center) will need to attend on March 7, 8, 11 & 12. KACC will be open for student attendance on those days.
