
On Monday, November 6th, the NHS members came together with students from GRS and Wanda Kendall to make Veteran’s Day Crafts. These crafts will be displayed at the high school for everyone to view the Veterans Breakfast & Assembly on Friday, November 10th.

On Sunday, November 5th, the National Honor Society's Induction Banquet was held at WCHS. The current members welcomed 13 new members, including Marisa Clark, Annika Greene, Hagen Hoy, Madison Hughes, Addie Kingdon, Karsyn Legan, Maya Machev, Megan Martin, Andrew McTaggart, Lydia Mustered, James Newell, Sarah Parsons, and Quinn Starkey. The ceremony included the presentation of flowers, readings from current members, introduction of the new members, and presentation of pins, along with cookies and time spent with family.

On October 31, the WCHS’s National Honor Society and the American Red Cross hosted a blood drive in the school gymnasium. It was a successful day; around 50 people signed up and 34 pints of blood were collected during the drive. Thank you to the Red Cross for coming out & a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who gave blood!


Glenn Raymond students had a Wear a Word Day! Each student was encouraged to dress up to represent a word.
